Viverone, Italy — August 9, 2026
The Black Pharaoh Team has been crowned 2026 Formula 4 Powerboat World Champion after a decisive finale in Viverone, Italy securing the title in only the team’s second season of world championship competition.


Racing across the championship’s final two rounds with three boats driven by Ismat Moani, Adam Wrenkler, and Sultan Alfalahi — the Black Pharaoh Team closed out the season with a dominant showing in Viverone. Season rounds across Lithuania, Latvia, and Italy.


The title caps a season of steady progression for the team, which entered the year aiming to build on its debut world championship campaign. Consistent points finishes through the early rounds set up a title fight that came down to the wire in Italy.
Captain Abdullah Khalafallah, Chairman of the Black Pharaoh Team, dedicated the win to Sudan and to the team’s supporters across the Arab and African worlds.


“This victory belongs to Sudan and to everyone who believed in us,” said Khalafallah. “We came here to compete at the highest level, and our team fought until the final finish line. To become World Champions is an incredible achievement, and it is a proud moment for every member of the Black Pharaoh Team.”


The championship marks a milestone for Sudanese motorsport, with the Black Pharaoh Team carrying the national flag to the top of international Formula 4 powerboat racing.


The team credited its racers, technical crew, partners, and fans for their support throughout the campaign.
